Once you have decided on getting your child evaluated, speaking to your teachers, school psychologists and/or Principal is usually a good place to start. Then you will need to follow up in writing (email or hardcopy) to our Pupil Personnel Department.

Child Find Procedures

School Age Children (ages 5 to 21): If you suspect that your school-age child has a disability, contact the school psychologist in your child's school or Pupil Personnel Services (478-1050). Preschool Children (ages 3 to 5): If you suspect that your preschool child has developmental delays, contact Pupil Personnel Services (478-1050).
